As we age, I have two products I keep in my home at all times....Retinol and Collagen.  Today I'm talking about Collagen Complete and why all women should take it.

I learned that with 500mg of collagen per day, you would regain the collagen level of someone 20 years younger, in just 6 weeks.  WOW!  That is some pretty powerful information and I cant see why anyone would not like to look 20 again!  You will get your daily dose and then some taking Collagen Complete.  

It comes in a powder form and I like to mix it with water, juice, or add some to my smoothies.  It does not have much of a taste, which is why adding to water is no big deal.  I have used up half of the container so far and I have increased energy, hair and nail growth and more vibrant skin.  It is an expensive product, however, this bottle will last a very long time and a product that you will fall in love with.  I did!
