I was really excited to rip this box open and find out what these blue and green capsules were all about.  As I get older, I find myself forgetting things and always asking my husband to remind me.  I have to set alarms on my phone for Dr. Apt's, swimming lessons, soccer practice, and many other things.  I could use some assistance to help support my memory and concentration.  The box comes with 96 liquid Vcaps in foil packets.  It recommends you take 1-2 capsules up to 3 times a day.  If I took 6 capsules a day I would go through this box in 16 days!  The box goes for $99.00 on Amazon.com and is pretty expensive.  I decided to start with 2 capsules a day and take them in the morning.  The capsules taste a little minty when you swallow then.  Its like the capsules are coated in peppermint.

The capsules contain B-12, Niacin, Holy Basil, Green Tea Extract, Gingko Biloba, L-Tyrosine, White Tea Extract, Black Tea Extract, and a few other things.  After a few weeks it seems to work not only with memory, but gives me a boost of energy and increases my overall mood.  It definitely gives me a tremendous boost in the morning and picks up my mood each time I use it.  I find myself happier and much more social while it is effective.  It does contain B12 which is known to increase energy and it contains quit a bit of tea which is known to contain caffeine.  I am enjoying these capsules but feel that B12 supplements and tea may be just as effective.  The price is a little steep and if I was to take 6 capsules a day, I would fly through this box in about two weeks.  I will finish up the box since the results have been great but I'm not sure about repurchasing them.....just too expensive.  If you are interested in Excelerol, you can purchase them from Amazon.com.
