This is a 28 day supply of of probiotics for one person. Each box contains 1 weeks worth of tablets. You take 2 different tablets twice each day with meals. It can be difficult to remember to take 2 pills twice a day. I have found it helpful to set the alarm on my iPhone to help remind me to take these. Also, make sure you have enough water to wash it down or it gets stuck on your tongue. I’ve recently been struggling with some intestinal discomfort.
