Today I'm talking about a topic that is not exciting....but necessary, CELLULITE!  Yep, were going there.  This product is packed with 25 fighting ingredients to improve circulation and reduce the appearance of cellulite over time.  It promises to firm and detoxify with its light creamy texture that absorbs quickly.  

I have been using this cream twice a day on the back of my legs.  After the first week I really didn't see much difference.  I did a little research and read that in order for cellulite cream to be effective, it needs to reach deep into the skin.  Several articles suggested using a derma roller to massage the cream deep into the skin.  So I purchased a derma roller and began to use it in conjunction with the cream.  After the second week of diligent use....I started to see results.  Not complete cellulite free skin....but my "dimples" are greatly reduced.  

I'm almost done with the entire bottle and I am pretty happy with the results.  However, I am curious what will happen when the bottle is gone?  Well, I guess I will have to reorder.....yes, it works that well!  Here is the description from Amazon:

Today I am sharing my thoughts on this iPad Car Mount holder by Evergreen Tech.  We take several long trips during the summer and I thought this would come in handy.  It attaches to the back of your headrest with an adjustable velcro strap.  Super simple...right?  Well...not really.  Let me explain why this "universal" mount did not work for our car.  

 We drive a Hummer H2 with standard headrests.  Our headrests have a DVD player installed in them...but that does not effect the size of the headrest.  You see, the problem is, the velcro strap does not fit all the way around the headrest.

However, the strap does fit around the headrest bar, directly below the headrest.  So, it's not completely useless, it just hangs a little lower than I would like.

Final Thoughts
I have to admit, I was disappointed that the velcro strap was too short.  I don't understand why the company did not make the strap a little longer....I could have cut off the extra material.  I still think it is useful for long car trips when you don't feel like holding the iPad  in your lap....however....you could get a neck ache from looking down for so long.  I hope this company will make a modification and make the velcro strap longer.  This could be a really useful iPad mount.

This product by Instanatural is one I have really needed in my life!  This product is effective for old and new scars and after several weeks of consistent use, the scar on my leg has lessened.  I have tried other topical scar treatments in the past (Mederma, Scare Zone, and Bio Oil) with little success.  I was excited to give this a shot because it contains Sea Kelp Bioferment, Astaxanthin, and Epidermal Growth Factor.  

It comes in a small 1 fl oz pump bottle.  When I first used it, I was surprised because of the orange color....I guess I was expecting a white cream.  It is a very smooth gel that dries quickly and has a very faint scent.  I was persistent at applying it daily to my scar, morning and evening.  I just added it into my daily facial routine so I would not forget!!  

Now, this is a very old scar...it occurred when I was 16 and ran into the metal frame on my bed.  I have been using this gel for three weeks now and I am shocked at the amazing results!  I have always been insecure about it, especially in the summer when I wear sandals.  I think my photo speaks for itself....this gel works.

This eye gel is an Amazon #1 best seller and one that I was happy to test out.   I do not have dark circles but I do have under eye puffiness!  It seems like eye products have never been a priority in my skin care routine.  I tend to forget to use a special eye product and just use moisturizer all over my face.  However, now that I'm getting older, I can see little crows feet starting to form in the corner of my eyes.  I gladly invited this product into my routine and will share my experience with you.  

It comes in a small .5fl oz bottle with a pump.  I love how this gel feels under my eyes in the morning....it has a cooling effect that is refreshing on my tired eyes.  I have been using it twice a day in the morning and at night.  I am very happy to report that my eyes are no longer puffy when I awake!  I have also noticed the fine lines under my eyes are starting to disappear!  My crows feet are still present but the lines are not as deep.

  I love not having to cake on concealer under my eyes and feel this product (actually the entire OZ line) is well worth every penny!  The only negative to this product is the pump releases a little too much product and I can't control how much is released.  After applying the gel to both eye I always have some left on my finger.  I wish I had a little more control of how much I use.  At the same time...I really like the pump .  Oh well....I just may run out of product a little quicker than I would like.

Fraser Digital Kitchen Scale Review

Kitchen scales are a MUST for any cook.  I would like to share with you my review of the Fraser Digital Kitchen Scale.  It comes well packaged in a cardboard box protected by a plastic covering.  It comes with instructions and one lithium battery.  You have the ability to weigh objects/food/liquids and measures in gram, KG, OZ, LB.  

One of the best features of this scale is it has an 11 lb load capacity!  Woo Hoo!  I am very excited about this feature as my last scale only had a 5 lb load capacity.  I did not realize how often it held me back when trying to mail packages.....but it was a big issue.  

Once you take the scale out of the box, you are going to want to turn it over and secure the battery. 

After the battery is in place, its time to turn it on.  Now this is where it gets a little tricky.  It has an on symbol next to the TARE button.  You would logically think that you would press this button....however...that is not the case.  

I messed around with it for a bit trying to turn it on.  I was starting to think I had a broken scale.  I decided to take a look at the instructions and see how to go about turning it on.  The directions revealed that I had to HOLD DOWN the TARE button to turn it off and on.  After getting over this hurdle I was ready to test its accuracy.  

I decided to test a full bottle of liquid that had 4 OZ on the front of it.  I used the OZ feature selected and it weighted 4.55 OZ.  I then used the TARE feature to remove the weight of the bottle and it was accurate at 4OZ.  Pretty cool!!

The only con I can think of is the glass gets dirty quickly from fingerprints.

Overall, this has been a great little scale.  I think the best features are the 11 lb. capacity, tare ability, and the ability to weigh liquid and food.  It is small enough to store in my kitchen drawer but is also sleek enough to store on my counter.
