This moisturizer by Anavita comes in the prettiest packaging!  I'm a sucker for attractive packaging and this one looks beautiful sitting on my bathroom counter.  It is a 1.7 fl oz jar, so not very big, but a little goes a long way.  It arrives with a plastic seal around the outside of the jar for protection.  Once you remove the seal and open it up, it has another plastic cover on the inside.  I appreciate that this cream is completely sealed and protected.  I have had several items arrive in the mail that leak due to cheap packaging.  

Like I mentioned before, it does come in a jar.  I prefer creams or serum that are packaged in a pump as they tend to be less messy.  However, this jar is so beautiful  it screams, "you know you want to open me up"!!  Anyways, lets move on the how I apply the product.  

DAILY ROUTINE

After using your regular cleanser, pat your face dry. It is a thick rich cream that feels really good on my dry skin. You only need about a pearl size amount and you can dab it on your face, neck and décolleté and then gently massage in the skin with upward motions.  

It has a light citrus scent that I have come to enjoy.  It is not a strong perfume scent that is annoying or irritating, but a scent that is pleasant and calming.  Remember, this is a thicker cream and takes a little while to dry.  I like to apply my serums first and then this moisturizer as my last step.  I have tried to use it in the morning and have found that it does not do well under my makeup.  Using it at night or on the weekends (makeup free days) has been a better solution for me.

Cons

• Not the best moisturizer to use underneath makeup, it's a little thick.  It works great as a night cream in my case.

My final thoughts on this product are pretty good.  I think this cream is a great night time moisturizer and does well with dry skin.  It is on the heavier side and does not do to great under makeup.  However, it completely moisturizes my my skin all through the night and when I wake up my skin still feels hydrated.  If you would like to learn more about Anavita anti wrinkle cream, you can find it on Amazon.com.
