Essential Oils can be used in so many different ways.  I just finished reading the book Essential Oils Natural Remedies: The Complete A-Z Reference of Essential Oils for Health and Healing [Kindle Edition].  This book taught me what an essential is, how to mix them with a carrier oil to use for massage, and so many ways to improve my health and well being.

HOW TO USE ESSENTIAL OILS

I use essential oils with a diffuser in my home to add a wonderful clean scent.  I add water and a few drops of the oil to the diffuser.  My diffuser has four settings and a light that also adjusts.  It produces a light scent of aroma throughout my home....I just love it!

Another way I use the Instanatural essential oils is by making my own wax melts.  I take a tea light, remove the wick and outter foil and place it in the warmer.  I add a few drops of the oil to the melted wax and viola!  My very own handmade wax melts.
